Head Start is a no-cost comprehensive family-focused program that provides quality education and support for children (ages three to five) whose family income falls within the federal poverty guidelines. CDR operates early childhood education and subsidized Child Care programs. We offer a nurturing and stimulating environment designed to promote school readiness and support the holistic development of young children.
