A seven-week program designed to empower minority girls by providing them with the emotional, creative, and technical skills needed to navigate life with confidence and resilience. Participants engage in social and emotional learning (SEL), fostering self-awareness, empathy, and self-expression in a secure and inclusive space. They transition into podcasting, writing scripts, leading conversations, and producing episodes reflecting their personal growth. The program also offers hands-on experience in sound engineering and editing.
