Wheatland Athletic Association (WAA) is a non-profit volunteer organization dedicated to providing youth athletic programs for residents of Aurora and Naperville, Illinois, since 1977. We offer a wide range of sports activities, including soccer, basketball, baseball, softball, flag football, and volleyball, catering to children and adults of all ages and skill levels. Our philosophy centers on progressive skill development, emphasizing good sportsmanship and teamwork, with options for both competitive and non-competitive leagues. WAA’s commitment to convenient locations and dedicated coaches ensures a positive and fun experience for all participants. We are proud to be a cornerstone of the community, fostering a love of sports and healthy lifestyles.

WAA structures programs so they are geographically convenient to our residents by establishing teams and scheduling events in close proximity to neighborhoods and schools. Coaches attend clinics to develop and improve their knowledge and coaching skills. We rely on parent involvement which makes all of our sports a lot of fun for the entire family.

Currently, WAA is excited to offer a variety of summer programs, including basketball camps, soccer camps, baseball skills camps, and volleyball camps. We’ve also recently upgraded our facilities with new batting cages and are utilizing PlayMetrics for enhanced team management.
