Amfigal S.A. is a Greek dairy company founded with the aim of exploiting the rich livestock production of the region of Amfilochia and the greater Aitoloakarnania area (Western Greece) – a land known for its rich pastoral tradition and pristine natural environment. We specialize in the production of high-quality Greek cheeses made from 100% fresh sheep's and goat's milk sourced exclusively from local farmers. Our portfolio includes PDO products such as Feta, Kefalograviera, and Tsalafouti, as well as premium traditional cheeses like Kefalotyri, Pecorino Amfilochias, and more. Our state-of-the-art plant of 4.500 sq.m., is located in a plot of 20 acres in Kechrinia Amfilochia, away from the big urban centers. The current production capacity of the plant is based on advanced production lines, having the potential to lead the field within the next years, assisting products of Aetoloakarnania conquer international markets. Presently we are cooperating with 450 selected milk producers in Aetoloakarnania, reaching a production capacity that can exceed the 100 tons of sheep and goat milk per day, 6,500 tons of feta and 1,500 tons of graviera per year, maintaining close partnerships with a network of regional producers who share our values for quality and sustainability.
