Hope Leadership Trust

Hope Leadership Trust is a Tacoma, Washington-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering African immigrant and refugee youth and families. We break the cycle of crisis by providing healing-centered mentorship, leadership academies, and economic pathways. Through our community-anchored hubs, we build sustainable pipelines for stability, self-sufficiency, and generational impact. We deliver integrated programs focused on Leadership & Mentorship, Healing & Wellness, and Economic Mobility.
