Meals on Wheels People

Meals on Wheels People is a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to combating senior hunger and social isolation in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. We provide nutritious, home-delivered meals to older adults who are unable to prepare their own food, partnering with dining centers and volunteers to ensure access to vital nourishment. Founded in 1969, we operate a network of commercial kitchens and distribution centers, employing over 135 individuals and relying on the dedication of over 400 volunteers. Our mission is to change lives, one meal at a time, by delivering not just food, but also companionship and support to vulnerable seniors. We serve a diverse population, offering weekend and holiday meals to those with no other source of support, and adapting our services to meet the unique needs of each individual.
