Transformative Principal is a leadership development organization dedicated to empowering school principals to create thriving learning environments and foster a sense of pride within their schools and communities. Based in Spokane, Washington, we provide personalized 1-1 coaching, a bi-weekly mastermind group, and a 12-month leadership development plan designed to equip principals with the clarity, courage, and capacity to transform their schools. We serve school leaders facing the challenges of balancing competing demands, navigating a post-pandemic landscape, and prioritizing their own growth as leaders.

Our approach, honed by Jethro Jones’s own experience turning around his school and earning recognition as the 2017 Digital Principal of the Year, focuses on sustained leadership development and peer support. We help principals become more than just managers, but true designers of a transformative school experience for students, teachers, parents, and themselves.
