The high sensory profile of Spirito Bitter balances botanicals of territorial origin (rapontic, rue, angelica grown and processed in the Veneto region) combined with overseas herbs and spices: cinchona calissaia, absinthe, gentian and rhubarb create the perfect balance with the selected citrus fruit processed fresh in an artisanal way such as Sicilian tarocco oranges and Calabrian cedars. Opera aperitif: combines the fragrances of freshly processed Sicilian mandarins with selected botanicals where the gentian and a balanced dosage of quassio with bourbon vanilla stand out. The history of Tinazzi Winery began with the commitment and passion of Eugenio Tinazzi at the end of the ‘60s in Cavaion Veronese, on the shores of Lake Garda. Gian Andrea Tinazzi, the founder’s son, at the time only 18 years old, worked alongside his father in running the business from the outset. Thanks to his decisive and entrepreneurial character, he gradually broadened the company's horizons, both in terms of production and markets. Gorghi Tondi estate would have never been born without the love for nature of Dora, great-grandmother of Annamaria and Clara Sala, 4th generation of a family committed for a century in the enhancement of quality wine, and in perfect balance with the surrounding environment. It is the strong bond with the territory, in particular with the High, Middle and Low whirlpools (the so called "Gorghi"), to have also inspired the name of the winery. A naturalistic oasis, protected by the WWF, which contains a treasure trove of volatile and aquatic species and a suggestively rare flora. In the two properties of San Nicola and Ramisella districts, in western Sicily, the vineyards stretch for 130 ha (320 acres), and grow close to the four small lakes of the Nature Reserve, located inside a karst depression formed due to the rains that eroded the surrounding area with time. A unique and suggestive environment, deeply characterized by the sea, and a scenario naturally suited to sustainable viticulture. The cellar is located inside a traditional "baglio", in perfect harmony with the vineyards and the surrounding nature, and is equipped with the most modern systems for the wine-making processes able to preserve the inner nature of our grape varieties, grown and raised organically. Being located within a WWF Nature Reserve, Gorghi Tondi estate experiences a unique condition. Through a complex and virtuous process, and using clean energy, to protect biodiversity, the winery produces certified organic quality wines, banning synthetic chemicals and genetically modified organisms. The grapes grown are mainly local: Grillo, Zibibbo, Catarratto, Frappato, Nero d'Avola, Nerello Mascalese and Perricone, but also Syrah, cultivated in Sicily for a long time now, and Sauvignon blanc. The winery also produce the only noble rot wine of Sicily.

La storia di Cantine Ermes affonda le sue radici in un recente passato di distruzione e ricostruzione. Ma è proprio da quella stessa terra, che così tanto ha tolto ma che tanto è stata generosa, che un gruppo di giovani viticoltori ha deciso di ripartire, intraprendendo un percorso di crescita e di riscatto sociale ed economico che si è concretizzato nel 1998 con la costituzione di Cantine Ermes, la cui sede si trova proprio nel cuore della Valle del Belìce, tra i comuni di Gibellina e Santa Ninfa. The history of Cantine Ermes is rooted in a recent past of destruction and reconstruction. During the night between 14 and 15 January 1968, an earthquake of devastating proportions erased some of the small centers of the Belich Valley: Gibellina, Salaparuta, Poggioreale, Partanna, Santa Ninfa, Salemi, Santa Margherita di Belìce, Montevago and Sambuca of Sicily. Varvello's vinegar factory was founded in 1921 in Turin, Piedmont, by the entrepreneur Commander Giovanni Varvello thanks to an intuition: he understood before anybody else the need to use quality wines to produce an equally noble vinegar on an industrial scale. From a land of great grapes and wines, he began to make great Italian wine vinegars. After the Second World War, the years of the economic boom saw the Varvello company grow continuously and in 1961 the founder’s sons, Gianfranco and Piergiorgio, decided to transfer the business to its current location in La Loggia, Piedmont (via Nizza 39). Varvello was increasingly asserted as a leading company in its sector. Numerous collaborations then started with the major brands in the food sector. But the real turning point came in the early 1970s, when a new type of table vinegar was launched, RISERVA, aged in oak barrels and made from superior quality wines. In a short time this new intuition became a point of reference for the whole classification and restored the "nobility" of vinegar. Even now Varvello vinegars like great wines mature in wood, in Slavonian oak and American larch barrels: this is the secret of the goodness of the particular bouquet that makes Varvello wine vinegars unique. The advent of the Third Millennium is full of challenges and new opportunities. Organic vinegars are born and, in a short time, we become a reference point for an industry that intends to grow with respect to the environment. The third millennium marks also for Varvello the beginning of new company policies regarding the environment and the development of projects on the production of energy derived from renewable sources. In 2015 the Acetaia of Bastiglia first appears next to the historic Piedmontese factory of La Loggia, in the heart of the typical Modena area of ​​the production of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI. La nostra storia inizia nel 1891 dallo spirito imprenditoriale della famiglia Delser di Martignacco (UD) con la produzione di biscotti, wafer e successivamente biscotti per l’infanzia diventando uno dei primi fornitori di prodotti per l'infanzia dell'epoca. Durante i primi anni del 1900 la Delser diventa anche fornitore della Casa Reale ricevendo per ben due volte i Reali in visita presso i propri stabilimenti. Nel 1972 venne costruito l'attuale Stabilimento di Martignacco (UD) che negli anni è stato più volte ampliato. Il 1976 ha segnato un'altra tappa importante con la nascita dei biscotti per la Barilla a marchio Mulino Bianco e che per anni ha avuto la Delser come unico stabilimento produttivo italiano. Nel 2001, per adeguarsi ai nuovi cambiamenti del mercato internazionale, la Delser cambia nome in Quality Food Group S.p.A., sempre conservando la propria storicità e tradizione. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Delser’s history started in 1891 and took his name from the founder family living in Martignacco. It began producing biscuits, wafers and shortly afterwards became one of the first manufacturers of baby biscuits at that time. In the first years of 1900 Delser became supplier of the Italian Royal House and had the honour to have the Royal Family as guest to visit the plant site for two times. The present plant of Martignacco has been built in 1972 and has been enlarged many times during the years. Another important step has occured in 1976 when Delser began the partnership with Barilla processing and producing the biscuits under the famous brand Mulino Bianco. For many years Delser has been the sole production plant for all those biscuits. In 2001 Delser changes its name in Quality Food Group, always maintaining its traditions and history. Solana is a modern tomato factory with a processing capacity of 3,500 tons per day located in the Po Valley in northern Italy district, using 100 % ITALIAN TOMATOES. The company was founded in 2001, covers 135,000 sqm and have a built area of about 22.000 sqm.
