In early 2012 a group of 4 professionals who had previously worked together on social-change related projects decided, after an amusing dinner, to start a project together. A mix of mutual esteem, good wine, passion for quality work gave birth to the JoBonobo Project.
Who We Are
Originally four. Coming from different backgrounds: ICT, Communication, Intercultural Mediation and Trade. None coming directly from traditional tourism, all convinced of the need to change the perspective of Italian Touristic Market.
After 8 years we have launched different innovative startups in the field of Food and Lands and we have discovered we are in reality a startup studio.
Now 10+, and looking for more enthusiastic people.
Our Philosophy
We started with a clear idea: Italian Tourism must change. Either evolution or revolution, there are many things to work on to get to our aim: to improve the touristic experience of travelers coming to Italy. This can be done in a number of ways: by giving technological tools to enjoy a more fruitful travel; by giving the chance to experience in depth what makes unique the Italian territory in all its corners (and not only the usual suspects); by training professionals to better assist travelers; by digging into innovative ideas that can provide a new terrific touristic experience; by boosting the traditional means of communication with new technology.
All through a deep, direct contact with all the people we work with.
We have extended our vision to food innovation, and we are working everyday to create something that will solve problems and thus, change the world.

Fina Group is composed of 3 sections, namely Tailor Made Sustainable Travels, Kiteboarding, Watersports & Wintersports, and Experiential Tours (Culture, Wine, and Dance).
Fina Travels proposes tailor made vacation packages that include Outdoor activities, anmely Water-Sports and Winter-Sports in particular, with the puporse of getting the customers back in touch with natural elements and ultimately with one-self.
Locations have been selected around Europe (Mallorca and Tenerife in Spain, Puglia and Piedmont in Italy, Rhodes in Greece), the Caribbean (Cabarete in Dominican Republic), South America (Sao Miguel do Gostoso in Brazil), Africa (Zanzibar and Madagascar), and Asia (Miyakojima in Japan), where partnerships were formed with local experts.
Kiteboarding and Watersports is the main specialty for activities, with Fina Kiteboarding managing partner schools, to provide excellent coaching services with years of expertise. From beginner courses to more advanced disciplines like Kite Wave, Foil, and Freestyle, we offer the latest developments of these sports. In particular, Wingfoiling has been growing in popularity in these last years.
The other sustainable activities proposed by Fina Group include Experiential Tours such as Cultural and Wine tasting visits combined with walking or bycicle tours, Argentinian Tango and Caribbean Dance Courses or Festivals.
The plan is to increase the number of destinations, and activities, through partnerships with local businesses. We search for partners with a mindset for the destination's sustainability at the environmental, economic, and social levels, contributing to the general shift of tourism from a linear to a more circular economy. Partners who can participate in offering experiences leading to personal growth and awareness of the global human evolution.

Nel 2008 abbiamo fondato Contesti Turistici, uno strumento innovativo nel campo della ricerca e della formazione, pensata per gli operatori del turismo che avessero bisogno di istruzioni pratiche, di arricchire la propria conoscenza e di rafforzare l’immagine aziendale. Nonché utile agli studenti delle scuole secondarie e agli universitari dei dipartimenti a indirizzo turistico e commerciale.

Dal 2018
Dopo dieci anni di attività di formazione on- line e off-line, abbiamo deciso di intraprendere un’altra affascinante avventura e di allargare il nostro campo d’azione.
Con CT GUIDE abbiamo pensato di dare visibilità ai professionisti quotidianamente impegnati nella valorizzazione delle molte ricchezze dei territori.
Il nostro vuole infatti essere un servizio e uno strumento per le guide abilitate, a contrasto della diffusa improvvisazione che non giova al settore e alla qualità del servizio reso all’ospite.
Da qui l’idea di creare uno spazio che riunisse i veri professionisti e che li agevolasse nell’acquisire nuovi interlocutori, attraverso il contatto diretto con i viaggiatori o gli operatori del turismo e del mondo dei viaggi.
