The Redside Foundation offers free and confidential counseling services to professional outdoor guides in ID, MT, WY, or CO. If you or another guide you know need mental health care or substance use disorder care, please call or text the Guide Helpline: (208)740-1192 Leave a message with your contact information, and our case manager/licensed counselor will respond within 48 hours. You are eligible for up to eight sessions with a provider in your area or via telehealth.
