Service description
Our proprietary dIEE Technology utilizes a novel recombinant adeno-associated viral (AAV) vector to deliver an antibody against the key N-terminal domain of the Tau protein (i.e., the phosphatase-activating domain or PAD). This technology simultaneously delivers an intracellular anti-Tau PAD single-chain intrabody (iAb) combined with a secreted extracellular anti-Tau N-terminal (sAb) for a dual intrabody/antibody approach.
