Founded in 2014, Novo Brazil began as a neighborhood brewery in Chula Vista, quickly expanding to include brewpubs and restaurants in Otay Ranch, Mission Valley, Imperial Beach, and a dedicated NOVA Kombucha taproom in Ocean Beach. We’re committed to bringing Brazilian-inspired flavors to the craft beverage scene, using high-quality ingredients and innovative brewing techniques.
