The Breather breathing training device

The Breather is a hand-held breathing device for respiratory muscle training. You breathe in and out through it against a resistance you set, which works the muscles you use to inhale and exhale.

1. Trains breathing in and breathing out, with a separate dial for each
2. Two short sessions a day, 20 breaths each
3. Drug-free, reusable and washed by hand
