Manual Therapy is the use of a Physical Therapist’s hands to relieve pain and restore mobility. Manual therapy includes kneading and manipulating soft tissue such as muscles—which can increase circulation, reduce scar tissue and relax muscles—ultimately helping to reduce pain.
