Simon Telephonics enables businesses to integrate their existing PBX systems with Microsoft Teams using our custom-built SBC (Session Border Controller) solution. This allows Microsoft Teams desktop and mobile clients to function as part of the PBX, providing a unified communication experience. We handle the necessary configuration on both the Microsoft Teams admin console and the Asterisk- or FreeSWITCH-based phone system.
