PIFOP is a browser-based IDE for mathematical programming. Supported modeling languages include AMPL, GAMS, OPL and MOSEL. You can execute dozens of commercial solvers, such as CPLEX, Gurobi and Xpress, for free via NEOS. You can also use your own solver licenses on PIFOP and run them remotely.
