FYID-Feiyide PT40 + FXT20 Tube-to-Tubesheet TIG Welding System

PT40 head with FXT20 power source for autogenous TIG welding of flush tube ends to tubesheets. Tube diameter 10–38 mm; wall thickness 0.5–2 mm. PT40 head comes standard with water cooling; power source is air-cooled. Single-phase 220 V ±10%, 50/60 Hz; power-source output 5–200 A. PT40 does not use filler wire or AVC and cannot weld protruding tube ends. Head suspension/support is selected for the tube layout. For heat-exchanger and boiler fabrication; drawing/sample review confirms suitability.
