Rowham Steel has established itself as a specialist in precision-cut blanks. Our operations are supported by four industry standard Cincinnati guillotines, equipped with electronic probes, automated back gauges for speed and accuracy, and integrated stacking units. To further enhance capability, we have recently invested in an Amada ATF fully automated, programmable shearing centre, delivering unparalleled consistency and precision. All machinery is designed to achieve fine tolerances and can shear material ranging from 0.4 mm to 3.0 mm in thickness and up to 3.6meters long. Rigorous in-process inspections ensure that every blank meets exacting precision standards and maintains a high-quality surface finish. Finished products are palletised and securely wrapped to the highest standards.
