katpay is Knoxville Area Transit’s mobile fare payment system. Riders can load funds onto their katpay account through the Transit app, participating retail locations, online, or at KAT Customer Service. katpay utilizes fare capping, ensuring riders pay the lowest possible fare, with daily and monthly limits. Discount fare rates are available for eligible riders who contact KAT Customer Service.
