CCBall | Wall-Rebound Boxing & MMA Training Equipment
SPORTS PRODUCTS AND EQUIPMENT
ABOUT THE PRODUCT
CCBall is a ceiling-mounted wall-rebound striking trainer designed for boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai and MMA training at home.
Unlike a heavy bag, which absorbs each strike, CCBall uses the wall to send the ball back into play. This creates a continuing exchange where the user can strike, read the return, move, defend and respond again.
CCBall is designed for people who want to practise striking without needing a training partner or a large heavy-bag setup. It can be used for punches, kicks, elbows and knees, while training movement, range, timing, tracking, combinations and defensive responses.
The product is currently in pre-launch development in the UK, with CCBall working towards its first commercial release.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
CCBall is designed for striking-based combat sports including boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai and MMA. Its adjustable striking targets support punches, kicks, knees and elbows, allowing users to adapt their training to the techniques, combinations and movement used in their chosen discipline.
Heavy bags are excellent for power, technique, combinations and conditioning. CCBall is smaller, lighter and uses wall rebound to keep the target moving. This places more emphasis on reactions, eye tracking, precision, balance and movement, while requiring continual adjustment of speed, power, timing and accuracy. Three adjustable targets add striking variety across different levels.
No. CCBall is designed specifically for solo training and does not require a training partner. You can drill strikes, combinations and movement independently, then make greater use of the wall rebound for Solo Sparring, where you track the returning target, react, reposition and continue the exchange.
Not yet. CCBall is currently in pre-launch development and is being prepared for its first commercial release. You can join the CCBall launch list at ccball.co.uk to follow its development and receive updates on availability.
CCBall is used for solo striking training in boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai and MMA. Users can drill punches, kicks, knees, elbows, combinations and movement, then use the wall rebound for more reactive Solo Sparring that emphasises timing, range, precision, reactions, balance, control and eye tracking.
Yes. CCBall is designed for boxing and striking training at home. It mounts to the ceiling and uses a suitable wall for rebound, allowing users to practise punches, combinations, footwork and defensive movement, as well as more reactive Solo Sparring. It still requires enough clear floor space to move and strike safely.
When CCBall is struck towards a suitable wall, the wall rebounds the ball back into play while the elastic cord keeps it connected and able to continue moving. The user then tracks the return, adjusts their position and responds with another strike, allowing repeated exchanges rather than resetting after each strike.
Yes. CCBall is designed for punches, kicks, knees and elbows. Its three striking targets can be adjusted to different heights, allowing users to practise individual techniques and mix strikes across different levels in combinations, depending on their discipline and training goals.
Yes. Beginners can use CCBall to practise individual strikes, combinations and movement at their own pace. As they become more comfortable, they can make greater use of the wall rebound to develop reactions, timing, accuracy, tracking, balance and control while learning to link techniques together.
