Prodavnica Alata is a Serbian retailer with a large catalogue of professional power tools, machinery and equipment. We rebuilt its digital presence around discoverability, speed and operational independence.Solution We created the identity and built a ReadyCMS eCommerce platform with structured navigation, filtering, SEO-focused category and brand pages, detailed product data and same-day delivery messaging connected to warehouse availability.Impact Within six months, the store achieved top-three organic positions for primary searches and sub-1.8-second page loads. Gume Online is a Serbian tyre retailer with a complex catalogue spanning passenger, commercial, agricultural, freight and ATV tyres. We created an eCommerce platform designed to make that catalogue easy to discover and buy from.Solution Creative Brackets combined brand, UX, ReadyCMS development and SEO with a tyre finder, faceted navigation, supplier feeds, structured product data, schema and performance optimization.Impact Within six months, organic sessions increased 87% YoY, 140+ high-intent keywords reached Google's top three, product-page conversion increased 4.2× and median mobile load time reached 2.1 seconds.Showcase: Gume Online case study

Kukuriku launched as a new Serbian toy retailer. Clearlii is a Nordic contact lens brand. Since 2020, we have helped evolve its original consumer website into a multi-market eCommerce ecosystem serving both B2C customers and professional partners.Solution One ReadyCMS platform powers the consumer storefront and B2B portal, including localized markets, partner accounts, wholesale pricing, order history, invoices, shipment tracking, multi-currency and integrations with business systems.Impact The platform now supports Sweden, Norway and Finland, connecting Clearlii with 900+ pharmacies and 90+ optician partners while providing one infrastructure for B2C and B2B growth.Showcase: Clearlii case study

A self-initiated Creative Brackets concept exploring how Roborock could approach eCommerce specifically for the Serbian market. This project was not commissioned or endorsed by Roborock.Solution We designed the complete localized journey—from storefront and product discovery to PDP and checkout—with Serbian content, RSD pricing, local payment and instalment options, delivery messaging, warranty information and market-specific trust signals.Impact The concept demonstrates our approach to eCommerce localization: adapting the entire buying experience to a market rather than simply translating an international storefront.Showcase: Roborock Serbia concept
