The Medieval Rose is a non-governmental and not-for-profit cultural organisation that was founded in 2005 in order to establish, organise and run the Medieval Festival οf Rhodes during which the history, the traditions and legends of Medieval Rhodes are recreated through happenings, workshops and games. After the 1st Medieval Fair in 2006, the Medieval Festival was realized in May 2007 with the aim to be established on a regular annual basis. The ultimate goal that inspired the concept of the Medieval Festival is the projection of the island’s history and culture and the benefits that will result from it for the local community. The Medieval Rose has sought and studied the relevant historical resources and obtains the know-how for a faithful recreation of a basically voluntary project that will reproduce a time that left its marks in our cultural heritage. With the exploitation of the wonderful scenery of the Medieval Town of Rhodes (one of UNESCO’s World Heritage monuments), the events and re-enactments that the Medieval Rose organizes re-animate the Byzantine and Medieval history of the island while all of the organization’s activities draw upon the triptych of: Education – Culture – Cultural tourism.

Art Cloud Greece is the new Athens-based pilot project launched in May 2021 by Siena Art Institute (SART) and co-funded by Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF). The purpose of Artes Mundi is to research on the creation and implementation of innovative artistic initiatives, projects and supporting tools: education, training, lifelong learning, human rights, social protection and solidarity of children, women and vulnerable social groups. The first two years of operation(2010-2011), the TRAM Artes Mundi, created partnerships with social agencies and laid the experience foundations of artistic production in social action. In this context, TRAM NPO generated two main projects, the production of the documentary "The Little Others" with migrant children in Greece, which was performed at: the two major Greek Documentary Festival in antiracist festival in educational institutions different regions of Greece, and the stage play "Mirror" in which TRAM created an indie stage space at Psiri. The next two years (2012 -now), the TRAM Artes Mundi develops the performing and cinematic actions, create new partnerships and expand their artistic output, with three main projects in progress: a stage fairy- show for schools, a new social documentary and a social-political play as well as with individual audiovisual creations.

Due to the commitments of my Kafalonia partner we are unable to continue with the art holiday. It has been a great 4 years though and my thanks go out to all involved. We went to some fabulous locations for painting and drawing and the social life was a whirl of enjoyment. I now concentrate on my own art and my two adult art classes that I run. Cheers. It is a theatre company created in Corfu by a group of amateur and professional theatre practitioners in order to explore stage translation. Since 2018 the theatre company is independent and its aim is to present on stage avant garde and contemporary plays for Greek-speaking audience. It made its debut on stage in March 2018 with two lesser known one-act plays of Tennessee Williams: Something Unspoken & Now the Cats with Jeweled Claws (Direction: Konstantina Mavropoulou & Stage Translation: Thanos Chrysanthopoulos).

Trata-se de uma Organização Sem Fins Lucrativos que desenvolve anualmente um micro-festival de apenas 1 dia, no âmbito de angariar fundos para a doação a entidades de proteção animal, cuja as espécies se encontram ameaçadas. Este micro-festival artístico-musical, oferece um leque de actividades, englobando diversas áreas e vertentes das artes, como a música, pintura e escultura, encaixando-se também, o desporto e a diversão.

Olá a todos que visitam a minha loja! Para aqueles que ainda não me conhecem, meu nome é Elisabete, mas muitos me chamam de Beta. Em 2009, quando enfrentei um período de desaceleração em minha atividade profissional devido a uma crise, decidi aproveitar a oportunidade para dar vida a um sonho antigo: transformar minha paixão por trabalhos manuais em um novo projeto de trabalho. Foi assim que dei os primeiros passos na criação de peças decorativas. Comecei com pequenas vitrines adornadas com miniaturas, posteriormente, fiz as minhas próprias miniaturas em madeira, biscuit, fimo e outros materiais. Além de vender as vitrines prontas, iniciei a venda das peças e kits para pintar e decorar, foi nesse momento que surgiu a oportunidade de vender tintas e outros materiais para artes decorativas, além de poder incluir uma variedade maior de itens decorados, desde acessórios para bebês até peças de decoração. Além de frequentar algumas feiras para poder vender os meus produtos, criei a loja online, que não tem sido uma tarefa fácil. E para garantir que meu trabalho recebe o reconhecimento e a proteção que merece, registrei a marca "Cenas da Beta" em 2021, consolidando meu compromisso com a qualidade e autenticidade das minhas criações. O meu objetivo é evoluir naquilo que mais gosto de fazer!

Desde a fundação da FOmE, em dezembro de 2018, já realizámos mais de uma dezena de exposições e outros tantos concertos, talks, intervenções de Arte Urbana e apresentações públicas. Fizemos parte de bonitos projectos e festivais como Festival da Liberdade, Cidade Pré Ocupada, Festival Trampolim Gerador, MAU, Open Day da ADAO, FIAR- Festival Internacional de Artes de Rua, Moledo Acontece ou MAPS- Mostra de Artes Performativas de Setúbal. Criada em 2019, este projeto nasce do prazer e satisfação em criar peças diferenciadoras, tendo a certeza de que cada cliente terá uma peça única, criada com amor. A popularização da técnica do macramé levou a uma procura massiva por fio com uma boa qualidade-preço, certificado e de produção nacional. A Zaumi Loop soube aproveitar essa necessidade e apresentar uma proposta com um valor altíssimo, portes grátis em todas as compras e entregas em menos de 1 semana.

Houve épocas em que nas paredes das cortes, colocavam grandes quadros pintados com os senhores, seus entes, cenas de caça e paisagens, e até de brasões. As famílias com recursos mais limitados, faziam gosto de em certo momento de suas vidas, mandavam fazer uma fotografia de família. Normalmente eram de momentos festivos e em lugares especiais das suas localidades, e, as expunham, orgulhosamente, em lugar de destaque em seus lares, por forma a eternizar um momento de alegria e com sentimento de orgulho, a família. O gosto pela fotografia foi-se desenvolvendo e com o aparecimento das TIC (Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação), procurando uma forma de usar uma fotografia e trabalhando-a, transforma-la em matriz para bordar. Até que o sonho se tornou realidade e depois de adquirir o programa, e, como autodidata foi procurando desenvolver esses conhecimentos e testando, até que chegamos aqui… A razão, prende-se com as paixões pelas Artes, TIC, Fotografias, Bordados Manuais, Bem-Estar Pessoal e Social, Tradições… Objetivo: Numa atualidade em que o digital cada vez tem crescido mais, principalmente da fotografia, porque não, juntar e expor suas próprias fotografias em seus espaços (Lares, escritórios, lojas, restaurantes e cafés), dando-lhes um toque personalizado e artístico-cultural em um conceito de bordados manuais?! O objetivo é exatamente o de personalizar os seus espaços com Arte, Recordação, Cultura e Inspiração.
