Moulton Museum is a nonprofit museum located in Irvine, California, dedicated to preserving and showcasing the rich history of Orange County’s ranching era.

We meticulously archive, restore, and display a diverse collection of artifacts, ranging from farm implements and buggies to documents, artwork, and photographs, offering a tangible connection to the past.

The Moulton Museum provides a vital resource for understanding the economic, social, architectural, and cultural impact of this pivotal period in Orange County’s development. Our work supports the community’s appreciation for its heritage and fosters a deeper understanding of the pioneering spirit that shaped the region.

Established in 2016, the museum is supported by The Moulton Company and staffed by a dedicated team of nine individuals, ensuring the continued preservation and accessibility of this important local history.

Japan House is the London home for Japanese creativity and innovation. Spread over three floors, Japan House London offers a gallery, with a regular programme of exhibitions; a hall for talks, performances, workshops and events; innovative Japanese restaurant AKIRA; and The Shop, a cultural retail space introducing Japanese products: their provenance and the artisans and designers who make them.

Zeitz Museum of Contemporary Art Africa (Zeitz MOCAA) is a public not-for-profit contemporary art museum which collects, preserves, researches, and exhibits twenty-first-century art from Africa and its Diaspora; hosts international exhibitions; develops supporting educational and enrichment programmes; encourages intercultural understanding; and guarantees access for all. Over one hundred galleries, spread over nine floors, are dedicated to a large cutting edge permanent collection; temporary exhibitions; and Centres for Art Education, Curatorial Excellence, Performative Practice, Photography, the Moving Image, and the Costume Institute.

IZIKO is an isiXhosa word, meaning ‘hearth’, traditionally and symbolically the social centre of the home; a place associated with warmth, kinship, and ancestral spirits. Here food is prepared and shared, stories are told and knowledge passed from one generation to the next. Similarly, the museums that make-up Iziko are spaces for cultural interaction. Iziko is a flagship heritage institution – and southern and South Africa’s largest and oldest museum, now in its 193rd year of existence is a change agile and dynamic institution –adaptive to the requirements of our developing democracy and the ever-evolving cultural, scientific and heritage sector. Ubuntu is what guides us. We nurture the communities we serve and the partners who share our passion. In our work, we trust and respect diversity, inspiring our visitors through creative interpretation, education, research and information sharing – with professional and consistent high-quality service. The Natural History Library is located at the South African Museum, and the Art Library in the Annexe adjacent to the South African National Gallery. Iziko has successfully operated a Mobile Museum outreach programme for the past 15 years. Iziko was thus envisaged as space for all South Africans to gather, nourish body and soul, and share stories and knowledge passed from one generation to the next.

The Norval Foundation, opening to the public on April 28th, 2018, is a new centre for the research and exhibition of 20th and 21st century visual art from South Africa and beyond. Located in the Steenberg area of Cape Town, adjacent to Table Mountain National Park, the Norval Foundation combines the experience of art with an appreciation for nature.
