A 5-day intensive training program designed to provide soul-care and growth in leading effective small groups. Participants engage in a safe and confidential group process, exploring their own stories of pain, disappointment, and abuse, and learning to share the care they receive with others. Includes worship, lodging, meals, teachings, and intensive group counseling.
