We have not judged your company's quality or finances, and we are not claiming it is currently trading. It never affects your position in search results.

Verify is an optional monthly subscription you can cancel in one step at any time. The price is shown before you activate it and again before any payment is taken. It's entirely optional — your profile works fully without it.

Yes, in one step, anytime. Your company stays verified either way — the badge shows on your profile only, in grey, and comes out of the directory, search results, product pages and company cards. Nothing else about your profile changes.
