I was inspired to start a cable television company by the desire to transform the way in which people receive news and increase the public’s ability to access different cultures through music and film.

With today’s experience, what advice would you give to yourself on your first day as a business owner?

To be more brave, particularly when expanding territoriality.

A funny anecdote about myself as an entrepreneur originated from one of our subsidiaries, it described me as a shadow, since you never know when and where it will appear.

What is so special about your company that you wish more people would understand?

People nowadays take telecommunication services for granted, you can hardly imagine a day go by without using the Internet. I wish people would appreciate more the hard work going into satisfying the desires of our customers regardless of how silly they might be. Our employees are encouraged to always be positive and smiling when dealing with customers and we aim to respond to each customer request the earliest we can which on average is on the same day the request was placed. This makes our company stand out from the competition.

Where is your company headed? What road are you walking on?

We are constantly keeping up with new technological developments. Thus at the moment we are optimising all our network with the latest most reliable technologies to bring our customers an even better service experience.
