ABOUT THE SERVICE
Ongoing ServiceNow managed support for UK organisations that do not want, or cannot justify, a full-time platform team.
We act as your ServiceNow administrator: day-to-day incident and request handling, configuration changes, new form and workflow builds, user and role administration, instance health monitoring, integration fixes, and full regression testing and remediation for each half-yearly ServiceNow family release.
Cover is agreed up front - response targets, hours of cover and a monthly block of change effort - with a named consultant who learns your instance rather than a rotating ticket queue. Effort used is reported monthly so you can see where it went.
Suitable as a permanent arrangement, as post-go-live hypercare after an implementation, or as cover while you recruit. We are happy to support an instance we did not originally build.
Leeds-based, supporting customers across the UK. Contact us for a quote based on your instance size and cover requirements.
