Defined, fixed-scope ServiceNow projects delivered against a written statement of work.

For when you do not need a full implementation programme but do need a specific piece of work delivered properly: a new module rollout, a CMDB and Discovery build, a Service Portal or Employee Center refresh, a Virtual Agent deployment, an instance clean-up or de-customisation, a platform upgrade, or a migration between instances.

Each project starts with a short discovery, then a Hikon statement of work setting out scope, assumptions, exclusions, resourcing, phases and price, so you know exactly what you are buying before work begins. Delivery is run by a named consultant with agreed milestones, a demo at the end of each phase, and documentation and handover included.

We work with UK organisations across retail, legal, gambling and telecoms, remotely or on site from our Leeds base.
