For when you do not need a full implementation programme but do need a specific piece of work delivered properly: a new module rollout, a CMDB and Discovery build, a Service Portal or Employee Center refresh, a Virtual Agent deployment, an instance clean-up or de-customisation, a platform upgrade, or a migration between instances.

Each project starts with a short discovery, then a Hikon statement of work setting out scope, assumptions, exclusions, resourcing, phases and price, so you know exactly what you are buying before work begins. Delivery is run by a named consultant with agreed milestones, a demo at the end of each phase, and documentation and handover included.
