We handle the full build: ITIL-aligned process design; incident, problem, change, request and SLA configuration; ticket types and workflows; asset management and CMDB; a branded self-service portal and knowledge base; email and mailbox rules; reporting and dashboards; and integrations with Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Teams, and your monitoring and RMM tooling.
Data migration from your existing tool - ServiceNow, Freshservice, Jira Service Management, Zendesk or ManageEngine - is included in scope, along with agent training and a documented handover so your team runs the platform rather than depending on us.
Typical deployments go live in weeks rather than quarters. We work remotely or on site with UK organisations from our Leeds base.
